Hector’s team of skilled professionals saved my 2024. Thanksgiving week, I discovered my ceiling was leaking in my main floor dining room. Turns out my master bathroom had a slow leak that penetrated to the upstairs hallway and down into my main floor ceiling. It was horrible, my master bathroom had to be completely redone, the hardwood floors in my upstairs hallway had to be replaced and the ceiling in my dining room had to be fixed. Tough builders did it all. Hector estimated 2-3 weeks for the rehab and 8 days later everything was done and done beautifully!!! They worked with my insurance and ensured I was quoted the right price! Thank you!!

This was the third project we’ve coordinated with Tough Builders. It won’t be our last. Our old deck was deteriorating slowly, but surely. We also wanted a roof over a portion of it, as it is too hot without one. Plus we had an old deck off the master bedroom, which was an eyesore that needed to be remedied. Hector made great recommendations for the project. The final products turned out better than we expected. The level of dedication to quality of work is unbelievable. From providing an estimate, design, pulling permits from the county, and build-out, Hector and his team worked diligently with us throughout the process, including weekends to ensure minimal impact to our daily routines. One of the qualities we appreciated was Hector’s honesty and trust, something his employees stood by as well. This was our first major project, which came with a lot of unknowns; however, my trust in Hector paid off big time because we have a fantastic looking basement, one that we’ll enjoy for a lifetime.
